Fun fact: Locanda dei Melograni, located just north of where the Val Trebbia area starts, is where we spent our first weekend away together in the summer of 2020. Right when we drove up, it felt as if we had stepped into a secret garden.
Fast forward a few years, and when we were deciding where to have the reception, both of us had the same idea: to throw a big party there.
Fun facts: Ernest Hemingway supposedly called Val Trebbia "the most beautiful valley in the world" when he traveled through the area in 1945 as a journalist with a motorcade of liberation troops.
The Val Trebbia valley is home to quaint villages and is the perfect spot to spend a weekend of eating and drinking, hiking and biking, and lounging on the pebbly beaches.

This beautiful spot is just Brugnello and is perfect for spending time swimming and in the sun.
